This update provides guidelines on local development environments for the web application developers as well as operational console updates.

Device Simulator - Customizing the webUI URL

The hyperscale platform provides an option within the device simulator to override the webUI URL for local application development purpose. This feature enables web developers to test their builds before rolling them out to the entire tenant.

  • Connector version 23.35.1 - text rendering removed

This version update includes removal of the text rendering on screen including the Device Id, SW version and the WiFi signal status. This information should be available within the web application settings. Please refer to the Device Info APIs for more information how to expose it within your application.

Operational Portal updates

Activated devices

The hyperscale platform provides information on the activation time of the device. This indicates the first time the device has connected to the platform and available within the operational console Devices Tab.
