Clear Device Storage

This will clear any storage of user data stored in the browser associated with the device.
Will not clear data stored on the device itself (Wifi Credentials).
This method is provided to allow Customers to fulfill obligations to data protection (right to be forgotten).
Requires that the caller has device write permissions.
